Child Phone Control, developed by Daily Soft Tech, is a parental control application designed to help parents monitor and manage their children's smartphone usage. We take user privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data, including children's data.

The app operates completely offline and does not send any data to external servers.

2. Permissions We Use and Why

We request the following permissions only for functionality purposes:

• CAMERA: Used for detecting face distance (eye protection); not used for taking pictures or storing media.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA: Required to run face detection in the foreground for continuous monitoring.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Allows the app to display overlays for warnings when the phone is too close to the eyes (eye protection feature) and for parent verification in case of unauthorized uninstall attempts.
• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Required to monitor apps and detect unsafe or inappropriate usage.
• BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN: Used to prevent unauthorized uninstall and ensure device-level protection.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Ensures the app restarts after the device reboots.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows the app to show important system notifications related to child safety.
• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: (Only for Android 12 and below) Allows saving logs or settings locally only.

3. No Internet Usage

Our app does not require internet access and does not send any data to our servers or third parties.

4. Data Security

All data (like usage logs) remain on the child’s device and are visible only to the parent. We do not have access to any of this data.

5. Children’s Privacy

This app is designed to protect children. It does not collect, transmit, or use any personally identifiable information (PII) from children.

6. Accessibility Service Use

Our app uses the Accessibility API to help parents monitor app usage and block inappropriate content. This API is not used to collect or share any data, but rather to provide key parental control features, such as:

• Blocking adult websites and apps.
• Limiting screen time and app usage.

We do not use this service for advertising or analytics.

7. Device Admin Usage

This app uses Device Administrator permission to:

• Prevent unauthorized uninstallation by children.

8. Third-party Sharing

We do not share any information with third parties for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

9. Payment and Companion App

Child Phone Control is a paid app. To ensure full offline operation and maximum safety for children, this app does not include any payment processing or internet connection within itself.

Instead, we use a separate companion app named Daily Soft Tech (com.daily.dailysofttech) to securely process the one-time activation payment. This design ensures the main parental control app does not require internet access, making it safer for children.

Please note, the Daily Soft Tech app does not request or access any personal information or device permissions. It is used only for payment purposes and operates in compliance with Google Play policies.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. You will be notified of significant changes through app updates.
