The Daily Soft Tech (DST) app is the official platform to activate the Child Phone Control (CPC) app and manage your marketing and referral earnings. 1. Why CPC app activation is done through the DST app:

• The CPC app requires sensitive device permissions to function correctly.
• To ensure maximum privacy and user trust, the CPC app is designed to operate completely offline with no internet access.
• As a result, activation and payment for CPC are processed through the DST app, which has internet access and can securely handle transactions.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, mobile number, gender, username, and password.
• Device Information: Android Device ID for security and payment verification.
• Payment Information: Transaction ID when you make payments via Bkash (for activating the Child Phone Control (CPC) app).
• App Usage Data: Activities within our app for service enhancement (non-sensitive).
• Optional Information: Referral information (if you use our referral system).

We do not collect or store any content from your personal messages, photos, or media.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Verify payments for CPC app activation.
• Display your referral earnings.
• Help reset CPC passwords through identity verification.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

• We do not share your data with any third parties.
• Your data is securely stored using Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore, services provided by Google.
• We use encryption and strict access control to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Third-party Services

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore – for account management and secure data storage.
• Firebase App Check & Play Integrity API – to prevent abuse and fraud.
• Bkash Payment Gateway – for secure in-app payments.

These services have their own privacy policies. We ensure that your data is used only as necessary for service functionality.

6. Phone Number as Verification Key

• Your registered phone number serves as your primary identifier.
• It is used for login, password reset, and account/data deletion confirmation.
• All sensitive actions require OTP verification sent to your phone number to ensure only the rightful owner can perform them.

7. User Control

• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• Submit a deletion request through our dedicated deletion page (available to valid logged-in users).
• Confirm deletion within 10 minutes via the Daily Soft Tech app to verify identity.
• Upon confirmation, your account and all data will be automatically deleted within 48 to 72 hours.
• Contact us to correct or update incorrect information at any time.

8. Optional User Participation in Promotion/Marketing

• Users may optionally participate in the promotion or marketing of the Daily Soft Tech app.
• This is not required to use the app.
• If you choose to participate, we may collect your bKash number to send earned rewards.
• Participation is voluntary and can be started or stopped anytime.
• We do not share this data with third parties; it is used only for rewards.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use cookies in our mobile app. However, Firebase or third-party services may use device identifiers to enhance security and app performance.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not target children directly and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. All collected data comes from adult users who use or promote the CPC app.

11. Payment Information and Gateway

• We use the Bkash payment gateway, a secure and trusted method in Bangladesh.
• When making payments, we collect your Bkash transaction ID (for payment verification).
• We do not store or access your Bkash PIN or any sensitive payment credentials.
• All transactions are securely handled via Bkash’s official system.

12. Why we use Bkash instead of Google Play Billing

• Most users in Bangladesh do not have access to international payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal required for Google Play Billing.
• To make the activation process accessible and affordable for everyone, we use Bkash — a trusted and widely used local payment gateway in Bangladesh.
• This ensures a smooth, secure, and local-friendly payment experience.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and communicated through the app if needed.
